Livestream Questions

1. I've purchased tickets to the livestream. How do I watch? Will this livestream be available for viewing later?

The show takes place on Oct 31 at 12PM Pacific / 3PM Eastern / 7PM GMT. To access the live stream, you will need to login to your account you created when checking out. Log in to the livestream and our site will know you purchased a ticket. Only one device may access an account to watch.

Replay will be available after the show ends on the same page as the stream for existing ticket purchasers for 72 hours (until Nov 3rd at 11:59PM Eastern)! There is no limit to the amount of times you can watch the replay.

2. Can I buy tickets for my friends?

Of course! Once you’ve purchased more than one item with a ticket included, just email tickets@singlemusic.com with your order # and your friend’s email and an account will be set up for them! You can also use the chat button on the bottom right-hand corner.

3. Can I watch the live stream on my phone?

Yes, the player is HTML5, so if your phone supports HTML5 video viewing you can use your phone!

What about my TV?

Yes absolutely!  One way to watch on your TV is to connect your laptop or desktop with an HDMI cable to your TV and open the livestream on your computer's browser. View a tutorial on connecting your computer.

Additionally, Casting/Airplay are the best options to connect wirelessly.

To watch a livestream event, please ensure you have the following:
System Requirements: Windows 7 or higher, Mac OS X 10.6 or higher

Supported desktop browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge 15+

Supported mobile browsers:

  • Chrome 45+
  • Safari 10+ (iOS)

Internet Connection:

  • 10 Mbps download speed is recommended. Check your connection at www.speedtest.net.

4. What happens if I have a problem with the quality of the live stream?

Automatic resolution is 1080p, however you will be automatically upgraded or downgraded depending on the strength of your internet connection (ranging from 360p to 1080p). If you are continuing to experience issues, please click the chat button on the bottom right corner of this page during the show. Should the event endure a mass technical issue, we will address this during the stream.

5. How do I use the chat?

Chat / Ticket accounts are NOT linked. Registering an account in the chat is not required!

Enter a UNIQUE username (like your Instagram handle) and enter your message below. If you are prompted to enter a password, that means your username has already been registered by another user.

Merch Questions

1. Can I purchase merch without buying a ticket?

Sorry, no. All merch items are exclusive to the event and are available for ticket purchasers only.

2. What if I want to buy multiple items with my ticket?

Prior to October 31st, all merch items will be bundled with a ticket. When you add a ticket or bundle to your cart, you’ll be able to add-on extra items individually (without having to purchase multiple tickets).

Limited items (vinyl and autographed poster) are not available as add-ons.

From the premiere of the livestream on October 31st through November 3rd, once you login to your account (meaning you have already bought a ticket), you’ll have the chance again to purchase merch items individually.

3. How long will the merch be on sale?

Items that have not yet sold out will be available to purchase through November 3rd. After November 3rd, these merch items will no longer be available.

4. When will I receive my merch?

All items will ship mid-November from the U.S. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of domestic shipments and 4-6 weeks for international shipments (customs office processing can be slow).
